Payment Options
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

We ship from Minneapolis, Minnesota, so the items on your order may arrive anywhere from 2-4 days. In accordance with our payment terms, items scheduled to ship within 30 days of order date are billed in full at time of order.  Gift cards are sent fully activated, so please do not misplace gift cards as they are not replaceable and we do not offer refunds. 

If your order was scheduled to ship within 30 days, and you were billed in full at the time of order, but your order has not shipped within 30 days, please contact customer service at 612-338-0062.
 


Sales Tax
La Belle Vie Holdings, LLC. does not collect sales tax on gift cards.  Sales tax is collected at the time of sale when you visit our restaurant and billed to your dining ticket.  
 

 


Shipping & Delivery
To make buying from us simple, shipping and handling within the contiguous U.S. (USPS) is free of charge. If you need faster delivery, you can arrange for overnight or second day delivery. Contact Customer Support for more information and costs. Most gift cards are shipped within two days of your order. 
 

 


Refunds & Exchanges
La Belle Vie Holdings, LLC. does not offer refunds or exchanges on gift cards.  If you are dissatisfied with your visit to our restaurant, please ask to speak to a Manager and they will help you resolve your dispute during your visit. 


Handle all gift cards like cash! They are not refundable if lost or stolen.
